The Healthy Habits of Different Countries

There are many things we can learn from the cultures of other countries, including the pattern of healthy life they are living. Check out what made the women in various parts of the world to keep them fit and healthy.

1. Not just water
The women of Mexico who want to live a healthy life now had a habit of making aguas frescas or fresh water, to ensure they are always enough water. Actually the aguas frescas are also sold at the store, but usually contains much sugar. Whereas this drink can be made at home by adding slices of fresh fruit, vegetables, or crumbs, into the water. "The most popular flavors are cucumber, lemon, hibiscus, and coconuts," said Yvonne Trevino Hayek, nutritionist and runners from Mexico.

2. Cycling

The Netherlands has always relied on their bikes in everyday life. Not just while relaxing on the weekend or accompany the child, but also to travel to one place. No wonder the numbers of obesity in this country is lower than other European countries. Cycling to achieve goals that are quite as far away as in Jakarta may be a challenge. But you can replace it by foot. If we had gotten used to ride the vehicles to a distance that is not too far away, begin replacing them by foot.

3. Vegetables as main menu

Greece is a country with the highest consumption of vegetables in the world. The main menu in your culinary they are vegetables. This means, the largest portion of the dish was the Greens, rather than carbohydrates or protein.

4. A massage on a regular basis
We hardly have a massage. But Thailands believe, people doing massages on a regular basis, even in healthy condition, are able to maintain good health, fitness, and more slender.
